data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tKalabrien ist vor allem f\u00fcr die sch\u00f6nen Sandstr\u00e4nde, sowie f\u00fcr die steilen Klippen, Buchten und Felsformationen bekannt. Insgesamt sind es 800 km K\u00fcste die auf atemberaubendes t\u00fcrkisfarbenes Wasser treffen. Gr\u00fcne H\u00fcgel, auf welchen Oliven-, Orangen- und Zitronenb\u00e4umen wachsen, machen die Region zu einem farbenfroh strahlenden Gebiet. Die Landschaft ist gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils unber\u00fchrt und kann sich sehen lassen: dichte W\u00e4lder, kleine B\u00e4che und gro\u00dfe Wasserf\u00e4lle.\nDie regionale K\u00fcche ist von intensiven Aromen gepr\u00e4gt. Der Chili-Pfeffer, \u2019nduja und die Tropea Zwiebeln sind die wichtigsten Zutaten. Dass der Chili f\u00fcr die Einheimischen wichtig ist und so gut wie in jedem Gericht zu finden ist, zeigt sich auch am \u201ePeperoncino\u201c -Festival in Diamante, das j\u00e4hrlich im September stattfindet.  \u2019Nduja ist die kalabrische Version von einer Salami, eine pikante, weiche, italienische Rohwurst, die mit Chilischoten gew\u00fcrzt ist. Die roten Zwiebeln von Tropea sind f\u00fcr ihren milden, s\u00fc\u00dfen Geschmack bekannt.
